About - ShareVision Support

Your internal Support site is a sub-site of your main ShareVision site. It's a shared portal that allows both your team and our team to view your requests and tasks, shared document files, and our ever-growing list of services and add-ons.

The ShareVision Support package includes unlimited telephone and email support for one designated primary administrator from your organization. This means that all Support questions from your team should be directed to this person, who may then contact ShareVision Support for assistance. At your earliest convenience, please email us your designated administrator’s name and contact information. We also request that you notify your project manager or our Support team of any replacements, temporary or permanent. It’s important for us to maintain current records so that we are able to verify current administrators and help protect your site against unauthorized access when we are contacted by other users from your organization. Contact us for more information.

The ShareVision Support Navigation Bar contains links to the following shared views:

Requests and Tasks

Monitor your active Support issues and the progress of your customization requests. Once we’ve completed a requested task, we’ll send it back to you for your approval. Watch for items with the status Awaiting Client Approval or Client Feedback Required. These are ready for you to review and either close or respond.

Files

Files is a document library for quick, convenient, and direct file sharing between your team and ours. View items we share with you, such as your Welcome Document; or, share files with us, such as instructions or images that clarify your customization requests or mapping for reports.
